Describe atleast one three important relationship in the written text (s). Explain how this relationship positively or pick negatively influenced one or more characters.

“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.” The famous literature American novel, “The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald follows seven characters on one 1920’s summer and how their relationships weave together through infidelity, lies and deceit. Through this story we witness their romantic affairs and how each relationship crumbles the individual character in a world of illusion. In this essay, I will be exploring Tom and Daisy, Gatsby and Daisy and Nick and Gatsby and how each relationship is an illusion, in that they are dysfunctional and false, and that how these lies negatively influence the individual characters.
